Juno Kim Catering X 33 Acres Brewing Company Monday Dinner Series. Every Monday, Juno Kim will be taking over our Tasting room creating a unique meal every Monday night. We’ve given Juno the reigns to be creative. The mission; to create a different meal each week that pairs perfectly with our beer. Follow us on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter to stay updated on what he’ll be making each Monday night during the winter months. Dinner starts at 5pm and finishes at 9pm. No reservations needed, just show up and enjoy.

Meat // $14: Beef brisket braised in 33 Acres of Darkness, smoked rutabaga, micro arugula, schwarzbier au jus, horseradish crème fraîche, smoked Nelson the Seagull toast
Veg // $12: Roasted and braised root vegetables with baby kale, parsnip purée, smoked Nelson the Seagull toast
Snack // $10: Chicken liver parfait with buttermilk crème fraîche, Lillet gel, pickled carrots, smoked Nelson the Seagull toast
