The beer will still be launching in our tasting room available in 4packs and draft but unfortunately due to the current Coronavirus situation we’ve decided to be proactive and postpone the launch party. As the situation unfolds we’ll reschedule a date for the celebration and make everyone aware once it’s confirmed.
The VUT Hazy IPA used foraged cedar boughs, inoculated in our yellow cedar open fermenter, and heavily dry-hopped with Centennial + Chinook hops. This is the first beer fermented in our portable, native species vessel that was constructed by Van Urban Timber.
