Between mountains, beneath trees, nested in the oldtown of Salzburg sits a brewery for over 400 years. Serving one of the greatest lagers on earth- a golden Austrian Märzen poured out of oak casks in to giant ceramic mugs. Collaborating with Superflux in a joint celebration of this special beer, we’ve fermented and conditioned our version in a neutral oak vessel in an attempt at an accurate recreation. Paired best with all forms of pork.
