“We worked with Tourist Wine Bar to celebrate the recent opening of their Cafe. We created a light, palate-cleansing lager best enjoyed between glasses of wine. An ode to European cafe culture: unrushed, social, and food-driven.
The beer is built around Fonio, a West African grain from the millet family that brings subtle fruit character and a white-wine-like complexity. Floral, bright European hops finish the lager with a clean, crisp profile and a gentle white-grape note.”
