A hazy IPA showcasing Oregon grown Strata hops, formerly X-331. With several rounds of dry hopping over many days, we intended to draw out all the aromatic layers that Strata has to offer and combine them with some of our favorite hops. One of the newer exciting hops that are recently out of the experimental hop yard, Strata has lots of fresh berries, cannabis and citrus zest characteristics to bring to this IPA.

A celebration of the modern classic IPA! If an English IPA came first, and the sticky, malty, bitter, North American IPA formed the second wave of heavy hopped ales, this lovely, third iteration represents the backbone of West Coast aromatic forward styles. Boasting huge citrus, pine and dank aroma with crisp bitterness and lower malt presence, West Coast IPA serves as a hop showcase of our Cascadian classics.
