B33R DROP: 02. 21. 20

New B33RS in our experimental room! This Friday’s B33R DROP is as follows. Come hang out and try some something new:

33B-EXP.004.MKV
BRUT IPA
6% ABV
DRY, BLANC, NECTARINE
STRONG ALE
An emerging version of an “IPA” this beer embraces the concept of a dry, yet aromatic beer with sparkling hop character that emulates a very dry glass of Champagne. Ours uses loads of hops that express tons of fruit and minerality. Sweetness from intense levels of lupelin help to balance the dryness, creating the perception of bitterness in this highly carbonated beer.

33B-EXP-027.MKVI
GERMAN PILSNER
4.8% ABV
CRISP, MALTY, BRIGHT
ALE
Born out of the German lager tradition, our interpretation of the style utilizes the best ingredients available from Germany and Washington state. Light, smooth and very drinkable, this is the mother style of the less flavourful, ubiquitous beer available today. Ours German style Pilsner spent weeks in foeder #1 for conditioning and then back to stainless to lager away until perfect. Nuance of American oak, vanilla and toast is there for those that seek it out, but harmonious enough to add complexity without detracting from the simplicity of the style

33B-EXP.027.MKII
VIENNA LAGER
4.7% ABV
TOAST, BISQUIT, CRISP
ALE
Delicate malts with toasty notes. Balanced hops with slight bitterness and soft floral and spicy flavors. Dry and crisp finish.
