A hazy IPA featuring one of our favourite hand selected lots of Idaho 7 from Crosby Hop Farm in Oregon. Dripping with tropical fruit flavours, sticky resinous aroma and hints of tea, this is a complex, intensely aromatic hazy IPA.

Experimental hop HBC 472 is unique with woody, herbal, vanilla aromas, a mix of floral notes and tropical fruit. This IPA has flavours and aroma of mango, pineapple, vanilla and spiced rum. While HBC designates Hop Breeding Company, the originator of variety #472, this beer is lovingly named Happy Birthday Chris, to celebrate the natal dayof Chris, who delivers much of our beer to local customers and is a force to be reckoned with. Surely you know a Chris that you would like to buy a celebratory beer.
