B33R DROP : 10.18.19

We’ve started a new program. The B33r Drop. Every 1st and 3rd Friday of the month we’ll be tapping and releasing new beers in the 33 Brewing Experiment room. If you like beer, stay tuned. Same people, experimental beer. Come hang.

This weeks drop, 10/18/19,  as follows:

33B-EXP.003 MKII
Azacca Hazy IPA
6.6% ABV
Pulp, Dank, Candied Pineapple
A hazy IPA showcasing Azacca hops. With multiple dry hopping over several days intended to pull out all the aromatic layers of Azacca and combine with some of their best hop companions.

33B-EXP.004 MKIII
Bright DIPA – El Dorado
7.9% ABV
White Grape, Papaya, Nectarine
Our take on a bright, juicy IPA using hops that are traditional in hazier versions. Double dry hopped to bring out the full range of flavour and aroma in the profile. We used German ale yeast to compliment the fruit forward aspects of the hopping and specialty malt.

33B-EXP.039 MKI
Tropical Super Berliner
6.9% ABV
Mango, Tart, Tropical
A kettle soured imperial Berliner Weisse. We used loads of mango and passion fruit a few days into fermentation to give our house yeast time to do the hard work upfront. Lactose was then added to provide a sweetness that compliments the mango and passionfruit as well as balancing the sourness. Think mango fruit bomb with a bit of sour.
