BIERE DE GARDE
TOFFE, OAK, DRY
Our Biere de Garden is a malt forward, layered Belgian style that is fermented dry with house saison yeast. This was the first beer to be conditioned in Foeder 2 after primary fermentation and spent 4 weeks before being transferred back to stainless. The oak character blends with the beer to add complexity and tannic dryness without being too forward.
CRANBERRY HIBISCUS SOUR
FLORAL, TANGY, FRESH
A kettle soured imperial Berliner Weisse. Fermented with over 165 kg of cranberry and then conditioned on Hibiscus to preserve the delicate aroma of the flowers.
SMOKED SESSION LAGER
SMOKE, COOKIE, LIGHT
Brewed in the style of a Fall German Marzen, this beer uses a sizeable portion of traditional Beachwood Munich malt and piles to evoke the beginning of the winter season in a glass of beer.
