33B-EXP.009.MKIII – JAMMY BERRY SOUR
SOUR, BERRY, SWEET
Our tribute to the local Summer berries we love so much. This Super Berliner is loaded with fruit. Blackberry, and Raspberry combine with a kettle soured base and then finished on loads of stick Madagascar vanilla.
33B-EXP.014.MKVII – AMERICAN OATMEAL STOUT
CHOCOLATE, ROAST, SILKY
Our second adventure using the hop Sabro with bold, unusual flavours and aromas of coconut, barrel character, mint and cedar. The second of two beers being brewed at 33 Acres Brewing Experiment to show off this new hop, a dry hopped oatmeal stout is a silky, smooth beer style to compliment the many unique layers of Sabro. Combining stout flavours of coffee, chocolate, and sweetness with coconut, bourbon, earth and mint from the dryhop, this is a showcase of the perfect pairing of beer style and hop character.
33B-EXP.004.MKIII – CITRA DOUBLE DRYHOP DIPA
ORANGE JUICE, DANK, LILIKOI
We love Citra. We love Citra so much we used it excessively at every point while creating this double IPA. We paired Citra with Simcoe and Amarillo in the whirlpool, and for 2 rounds of dry hopping for intense juice extraction. At 8.2%, this tropical juice bomb lifts the best City has to offer from the hop cones and into the glass. Extra hazy and lightly sweet sets the Citra worthy stage.
