33B-EXP.003.MKVIII – SABRO HAZY IPA
COCONUT, MINT, CEDAR
Our foray into using the hop Sabro. One of the New World varieties of Neo Mexicanus lineage, Sabro has bold unusual flavours and aromas that create interesting pairings for notes of coconut, bourbon barrel character, mind and cedar.The first of two beers being brewed at Brewing Experiment to show off this new hop. A heavily dry hopped hazy IPA is the perfect modern beer style to express the many unique layers of this hop.
33B-EXP.018.MKII VIC SECRET EXTRA PALE
TANGERINE, PINEAPPLE, LIME
A fusion of our favourite classic pale ales and the newer style currently evolving to highlight tropical, fruit forward notes. We wanted this to show off Vic Secret, one of our favourite Southern Hemisphere hops and Cascade, one of our juiciest classic North American varietals.
33B-EXP.039.MKII – CRANBERRY HIBISCUS SOUR
FLORAL, TANGY, FRESH
A kettle soured imperial Berliner Weisse. Fermented with over 165 kg of cranberry and then conditioned on Hibiscus to preserve the delicate aroma of the flowers.
