A base ale rested on 1000 lbs of 2020 harvested dark cherries in French oak casks, then blended with a lemony mixed culture bier from a favourite foeder. Bright acidity, layered fruit and subtle tannin balance with fruit forward brettanomyces in conditioning. Limited release of 700 bottles only available in our tasting room and our online shop now.
