IMPULSION IMPERIAL STOUT

RICH, CARAMEL, INDULGENT
Full bodied and rich stout with layers of malt, oats, and roasted barley. This blend gives the beer a smooth body with an overwhelmingly dark chocolate flavour. Willamette Hops were used to provide a little bit of spice and bitterness to balance the richness of the beer.
Appearance: Black with a ruby hue, light brown foam.
Aroma: Rich melted chocolate and molasses
Flavour: Rich Dark chocolate with a hint of spice and vanilla, a soft roasty character. Hints of plums and raisins can be found towards the end of the sip. Moderate bitterness, similar to an 80%+ Dark Chocolate.
Mouthfeel: Silky and soft full body.
