A lot of people over complicate simple things, like burgers, and by doing so actually ruin it by trying to do too much. That’s not to say that doing a good burger is easy, but often less is more. Their There located on West 4th in kitsalano gets it. Their menu is small but done right. They now also have a licensed patio that gets sunshine basically the entire day. Fried egg, Gruyere, Pickled Cabbage, Dijon Aioli, hash Browns.
Hot Chicken Sandwich
Nashville Style, Buttermilk Ranch, Tumeric Zucchini Pickles, Frieds.
We finished up with some Ice Coffees and their house made donut.
