Our house saison brewed to 4.4% with loads of summer fruit added for a second fermentation. Climbing out of the glass with a bright fuchsia color and deep berry aroma, this beer hits your palate with intense fruit flavour, wheat toast and Raspberry Pez candy. Loral hops contribute to red fruit characteristics and a soft, balancing bitterness. This beer finishes peppery and dry.
